- ACCOMPLISHMENT(S): Planned and organized the first Delta DigiCon, a collaborative meeting of local area technology committees to share best practices and lessons learned in the transition to online chapter operations.

- ACCOMPLISHMENT(S): Established inaugural event and partnership with the local chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

- ACCOMPLISHMENT(S): Proactively coordinated and planned chapter readiness to transition to virtual operations resulting in uninterrupted processes during the height of the pandemic. Conducted Region’s first Community Day of Service at VA State Meeting. Established Divas and Derby fundraiser. Conducted chapter’s 75th Anniversary to include the establishment of a $7500 single award scholarship in honor of charter. Developed strategic partnerships with various local organizations to facilitate a greater impact on the community. Facilitated chapter’s first partnership programs with the local chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

- Collegiate Advisor– completed all requirements to qualify as a collegiate advisor.
- DID Trainer – facilitated and trained chapters on various DID topics for pre- and post- membership intake activities.
- Membership Intake Trainer – facilitated and trained chapters on the membership intake process and requirements.
- Risk Management Coordinator – facilitated chapter training for volunteers regarding sorority risk management policy. Conducted interviews as required for volunteers and performed follow-up confirmation interviews of listed references.
- 2018 VA Spring State Meeting – served as host chapter President and facilitated the planning and organization of activities as required and directed by regional leadership.
- Voting Delegate 2018 and 2016 Regional Conference – fulfilled roles and responsibilities as the voting delegate on behalf of the chapter and provided detailed report of proceedings.
